How we receive your photograph:-

• Option 1: By post
  After you have made an order and paid for it, we will send you a FREEPOST pack that contains everything you need to send us your photograph by mail.
• Option 2: By e-mail
  After you have made an order and paid for it, you will be shown a receipt page. On the receipt page will be a link with text "Email your digital image to us".
  Once you have clicked the link, an e-mail window will open with details of your order. Please attach the digital image you wish to appear on your card to the e-mail.
  If you are unsure how to do this, please consult the documentation which came with your e-mail software.

Christmas card details:-

Photographs must be at most 5" down one side.

Digital images being e-mailed must be at most 2200 x 1800 pixels, 1800 x 2200 pixels or 5" down one side at 300DPI..

Please check that your photograph or digital image is the correct orientation for the card style you have chosen!

Post cards details:-

Photographs must be at most 5" down one side.

Digital images being e-mailed must be at most 2200 x 1800 pixels or 5" down one side at 300DPI..

All images should be in landscape format.

How we send your cards:-

Your Christmas cards are sent to you along with your original photograph. Once dispatched your cards should take 2 to 3 days to get to you.
